Part:BBa_K3861018
tetR-Ptet-AIDAsignal-HA-rBC2LCN-AIDAautotransporter
Part is composed of the basic parts BBa_K3861011, BBa_K3861013, BBa_K3861015, BBa_K3861001 and BBa_K3861016. The part is thought to be used for the display of the recombinant lectin domain rBC2LCN of Burkholderia cenocepacia on the surface of Salmonella minicells. Expression is aimed to be driven by the anhydrotetracycline-inducible tet promoter. AIDA-I autotransporter is required for the export of the lectin and its display on the bacterial surface since AIDA-I is an adhesion located on the bacterial cell surface.
